Caleb Ahles, President

Before Raven Industrial, Caleb Ahles was the Vice President of Development & Construction of the Sterling Consumer Logistics Properties team with Sterling Organization. With over 10 years of Development and Construction Experience, Caleb has delivered more than $500 M in industrial real estate assets ranging from large box construction for Fortune 100 companies to small box development across the United States. His specific knowledge of industrial construction, and in-depth understanding of real estate fundamentals learned during his time in RE Private Equity, ensures our partners will feel confident and secure about the projects they are participating in.
